This 4 story luxury apartment complex by Sares-Regis required 12" thick mat slabs over large areas which dictated
very close control of the concrete placement. In addition, due to a
high concentration of water soluble sulfates in the soil, the
post-tensioning anchors were specified to be completely insulated from the
